HR Advice

The team in CC HR & Legal are experts in providing tailored HR and employment law advice on workplace issues to organisations, in house counsel and HR professionals.

Industrial Relations

The team in CC HR & Legal are experienced advisers to organisations on industrial relations matters such as collective bargaining, union recognition, strike action and internal union disputes.

Gender Pay

We assist organisations draft the necessary policies and help them update their existing employment policies to ensure compliance with the gender pay gap legislation.

Workplace Investigations

We work collaboratively with our clients to provide confidential advice on internal workplace investigation and can also act as independent accredited workplace investigators. 

Training

We provide training programs to upskill managers and employees, including conducting workplace investigations and handling sexual harassment and bullying complaints.
