Industrial relations can be very complex with various stakeholders and regulations impacting collective bargaining, trade disputes and industrial action. The team at CC HR & Legal are experienced advisers to organisations on industrial relations matters and have a deep understanding of the complexities of industrial relations legislation and issues. Workplace Investigations

Workplace investigations are now a regular feature of the workplace and can be required in the context of disciplinary proceedings, serious misconduct, whistleblowing, bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination complaints. It is very important that the investigation is carried out with the requisite skill and care as such investigations can have serious reputational consequences. They will be subject to close scrutiny and can on occasion be subject to legal challenge. A badly managed process can damage the organisation and expose it to potential legal claims.

Sustainability Reporting

The EU Corporate Sustainability Directive (CSRD) will oblige companies to report on their social and environmental impact. CC HR & Legal assists organisations with the planning and preparation required in advance of the Corporate Sustainability Directive’s implementation. We assist with drafting and reviewing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policies. We also provide staff training to raise awareness on the importance and the implications of sustainability in the organisation.
